The film deals with the story of Dr. Reese (Jonathan Reese Myers) who is obsessed with gene regeneration, as he begins to face a mysterious path when he captures the psyche of Gabriel Howarth (Cam Gigandette), a young man whose life was turned upside down because of his dreams and reality together. It seems that Gabriel's dreams may reflect political assassinations, as he must race against time not only to save himself and his wife Brian (Brett Shaw) before things collapses.
