Driving by his deep will of completing his research, Dr. Frankenstein, an evil researcher, who returns to his hometown village, where he revives his old monster, the thing that challenges him and brings terrible for him.
It's pretty wan and spotty, in fact, though probably not as bad as the most rabid Hammer fanatics would have you believe. Certainly, it is a stunningly terrible sequel.
