The film deals with the story of a resident doctor (Neil Patrick Harris) as she tries to live with her reality as a successful teacher. One day, this girl falls in love with a young teacher (Rebecca Gayhart) and develops a special bond with one of her students (Angus T. Jones). They direct different paths as their lives seem to be connected.
