Five over-enthusiastic but under-stimulated Vermont State Troopers who always seek actions try to save their jobs and out-do the local police department by solving a crime.
This 100-minute movie only has about 25 minutes of decent material.

It's kind of sad that so many people put so much time and energy into this turkey.
The movie's mostly a succession of predictable skits, leavened only by the occasional amusing one-liner and played by actors who aren't actors so much as just a bunch of guys goofing off.
