It is the story of a young and beautiful girl with a strong personality who is trying to change her life in order to gain fame and money together. Over time, the life of this girl turns as she discovers the frightening origin of the upper class in Hollywood especially since she must be involved in a deadly deal in exchange for fame and fortune.
The degeneration into familiar genre tropes reduces the impact of the wittily satirical set-up, with the result that Starry Eyes fails to live up to its initial promise. But the film indicates genuine talent on the part of its directors/screenwriters.
