The film embodies a mission to kill the Panamanian rebel Miguel Alvarez, as things collapse completely after veteran American sniper Thomas Becket loses his partner, Doug Papich. With the help of Richard Miller, things seem to turn into a different turn, as he intends to search for Miguel, while avoiding the rogue trader who is there.
