The film examines the experience of novice wedding planner Libby Boland and Ben Reynolds, author of the new book in which he talks about marital duties. Their relationship appears to blossom together, but it appears threatened when you discover that Ben's Pre-Marriage Proof is cheap while he does not match her beliefs as a girl.
