The film explores the story of a young man named Dennis who still feels pressure on him because there are so many people laughing at him. This young man falls into the path of compassion, sympathy and disgust by most of the outside world due to the great deformation of the facial skull. Now, this young man is starting to fight a battle with his reality by trying to coexist through a normal life as possible in these conditions
One of those movies that try so hard to get their supposedly universal message across that they are likely to put your teeth on edge more often than they bring one little, lonely teardrop to the eye.

Moving story of a disability. Stolz and Cher are outstanding.

A good movie that could have been a great one with a little more restraint.
