The film revolves around a space mission in which American and British astronauts participate. It seems that this mission will be different as a group of human beings is brought on board the shuttle, escapes monsters, causes massive ruin and turns humans into zombies.
How often do you find a sci-fi/horror hybrid that dares to walk the high wire? Not often enough, I think. For that reason alone, Lifeforce deserves to be rediscovered.
