The film follows the story of one of the most important personalities, Orhan Pamuk, Nobel Laureate in Literature in Turkey. Orhan decided to open a museum whose purpose traced a failed love affair in Istanbul in the 1970s, as the film followed the path of this journey. It is a different journey that embodies a bunch of things as a starting point for a journey through love and landscape stories.
Perhaps no film can entirely compete with the simple fact of this novel/museum's existence, but the movie circles around the dual conceptual artefact beguilingly.
