The movie is about Richard Clarke, who is trying to give up his position at the Wellington Academy, a prestigious private school. Richard tries to enter a new career in a semester at Marion Barry High School in Inner City, USA Marion Barry High. In a short while, Richard tries to inspire D-medium students to get good grades to progress.
Strings together hilarious series of gags at the beginning and end, but in the middle High School High makes the mistake of having a story.
