In an attempt to win the heart of Stephanie, a young beautiful high school girl and the leads the school gang of girls, who breaks up her relationship with Johnny lately, Michael Karington, an English high school student, does his best to catch her attention, but he struggles against Johnny who stands in his way.
I don't mean to deny the self-evident second-rateness of the project, just to suggest that it's preferable to the third-rateness that has become the norm in the genre.
Grease 2 is dizzy and slight, with an even more negligible plot than its predecessor had. This time the story can't even masquerade as an excuse for stringing the songs together.

Grease is most emphatically not the word this summer.
Definitely of the so-bad-it's-almost-good genre, this kinda stands the test of time in a camp way, mainly because of the charm of Pfeiffer and Carrington.
