Fleeing from bad memories and past, Ellie, a recovering drug addicted, has been moved to a new city with her two teenage children wishing for a new beginning and a sober life. Things come to inspire her at first, as she finds a stable job, but this new life, friends, and job, drives her to slip once again, and she meets a different addict, Christophel, who forces her children to accept her new version.
A promising premise -- vampirism "manageable" through 12 steps -- winds up being a suspense-free thriller with a lot of pretty actors covered in fake blood.
