According to his bad doings and breaking rules he receives, a young courageous cop named Orin Boyd, who struggles against be transferred into a distant and bad restrict in the region, the thing that brings terrible for him and makes him struggle against facing the corrupted cop that sells and distribute drugs.
In fairness, the movie is more or less competent for being what it is. Of course, I could say the same of most brick walls -- but I'd hardly recommend that you pay eight bucks to sit in front of one for two hours.

...a refreshingly action-packed film that's distractingly enjoyable.
For those in search of action-filled escapist entertainment who are willing to jettison expectations of credibility into the nearest popcorn tub, Exit Wounds ... will do to pass time on an inclement day.
Film Threat

The film does exhibit a major problem typical of book adaptations; it's overburdened with plot and supporting characters.
Orin Boyd is a cop who "doesn't obey the rules" and although his boss considers him to be "one of the best", he must be transferred to one of the roughest precincts in town.
