Accused of murdering a cop, Luke, a professional criminal, has been arrested after a bank robbery, where he murders a cop, struggles against having his freedom, so he has participated in the bloody cars race, where many lose their lives in a brutal way, the thing that makes his life in danger.
Lumbering and a too permissive with the limited actors, but the sequel/prequel has a few moments of mouthbreathing excitement. How did Frankenstein come to be? Who really cares, but at least it provides a few clenched-fist jolts.
