The film revolves around the life of rebel policeman Jack Kane. Jack tries to eliminate a dangerous gang of drug dealers known as 'white boys.' It is a cruel mission to the most dangerous gangs, as it appears that many people, including his partner, have died from drug overdoses by these people. Now, Jack thinks that there is something more sinister than these.
