The film embodies the experience of a young man named Hugh Sam Guan as he tries to take on a new experience in order to win the most beautiful girl in the village, Hugh Ok Ran. In order to reach that girl's heart, this young man tries to sell his blood to earn enough money to marry her. Things turn 11 years later, as the two married happily with three children, but their family is in a strange crisis. This crisis appears to start when he does not resemble `` Sam Guan '', the eldest son, 'and there may be many rumors.
