"Bullett Raja" is, for most of its length, a tight, clever, blithely amoral crime drama about a buddy pair of hit men rising to the top of the mob heap in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
Even though the action is well-choreographed and Khan is certainly fit and well-suited to the stunt work, Dhulia seems uncomfortable in the genre and can't seem to drum up any excitement over the film's two-and-a-half hours.
