Fank Marasco is a genial police man of police station who is preparing to retire, he was dubbed 'The Fire Bullet' in Los Angeles. He made a lot of feats that criminals and gang must be horrible. After a valuable bust statue disappeared which did not leave any clues, the daughter of the governor was arrested and then is his grandson.
The film itself is all over the place, which may have something to do with the fact that the project was taken away from the director before he finished it.
