Blow is a high-velocity look at George Jung's spectacular rise and fall following the turbulence of the 70's that resulted in a violent and lucrative revolution in international drug trade.
Blow fades a bit in its second half, weighed down by a need to closely follow Jung's life. But even then, the actors are so compelling that it's just a mild discomfort.
