It is a film that embodies life in the near future when communications stop working at an isolated remote nuclear power plant in the desert. In that area, a young safety inspector, Abe Dixon, is forced to travel to take them back to the Internet, but things remain the opposite of what was planned in that area. At those moments, there appears to be a set of mysterious clues and strange behaviors that cause Abe to doubt the safety, and possibly the identities of many.
The original title for the second theatrical release from cable channel Syfy was Deep Burial, and that would have been an appropriate fate for this low-budget, sci-fi thriller.
Atomica's slapdash script is a hasty aggregation of screenwriting and science fiction clichés, barely feature-length and possibly written over a single weekend.
