The film is about 15-year-old Isabelle Sullivan. When her parents just died in a car accident, Elizabeth decided to befriend a dog named Archie, which is part of a machine, and part of the dog. Things seem to turn out after this dog's approval, as they both help her uncle Paul in his race to preserve the mayor's mastery in that period.
