In this documentary film, the famous Contramar restaurant owned by Gabriela Cámara in Mexico City faces a different route from the rest of the world's restaurants. In this unique restaurant, waiters enjoy different lives by serving fresh local seafood. Here, all the staff see themselves as part of an extended family but on the other side of Cala in San Francisco, Camara rents other staff. Among these hired employees is a group of former criminals and former addicts who find work important to change their lives forever.
