The movie is about Adam, a twenty-four-year-old. This guy tries to tell his friends that he is gay. It seems that the three friends should be aware of their friend's desire and support during this period.
Despite appearing to be determinedly non-confrontational in its soft-hearted approach, the easy warmth of 4th Man Out ultimately challenges short-sighted bias with a potent effectiveness.
It isn't backwards or hateful so much as inexplicable: these 2016 dudes (playing early 20s but looking early 30s) act like their only exposure to gay life is someone else telling them about a Will & Grace episode.
