A senior Police Department detective arrives on the scene and is horrified to discover that the daughter of one of his oldest friends is killed. Together they, two former paramilitary operatives, search Bangkok, leaving carnage in their wake, to find the murder.
There's nothing here that hasn't been seen in dozens of other crime films. We don't care for the main character because all that we know about him, which isn't much, is bad.
