Frank D'Amico is a mob boss, located in New York City, who has become wealthy with his drug money. After experiencing the deaths of many of his employee's, whom he claims the killer to be Kick-Ass, he sets out a violent group of mobsters to have Kick-Ass exposed and slaughtered.
