Jude Royce is an old friend of Lex Luthor's. He was engaged to woman named Amanda Rothman until, thanks to Lex, she discovers him cheating on her at a club. In an angry rage, Jude attacks Lex, stabbing him in the right shoulder. In Lex's defense, a security guard at the night club pulls a gun on Jude, killing him.
