Lou is the main protagonist of Cats & Dogs and a secondary character in Cats & Dogs: The Revenge of Kitty Galore and the whole franchise. He is the desk jockey and former agent at D.O.G. HQ and Butch's best friend.He is voiced by Neil Patrick Harris. As a pup, he was voiced by Tobey Maguire.
