Paws was the fourth antagonist of Cats & Dogs: The Revenge of Kitty Galore. He was Kitty's right-hand man who was revealed to be a robot near the climax and met his downfall when Diggs killed him off by making him bite the wires.He was voiced by Phil LaMarr.
