She was engaged to Penny's cousin while having an affair with Penny's brother. Christy uses men, she will sleep with them as long as they buy her stuff. She hooks up with Howard, who cashes in his bar mitzvah bonds in order to keep her happy. Howard hears that Penny wants Christy out, so he asks her to move in with him and she says yes <less than a day after they meet>. Howard's mother hates her and tells Christy that she is cuttng him out of her will. So Christy leaves him.
