Danny Farrell is the intrepid and bright brother of Suzanne Farrell, Don's love interest right at the end of his charade with Betty. Danny's bravery in the face of a disabling condition of epilepsy during a time of medical fear and uncertainty with the neuro disorder is particularly heart rending, and has an effect on Don.
