However, the lawyer describes him as a decent gentleman, and thus they would not believe Callie was raped. Callie was told they would believe if she consented thus making it only statutory rape. Callie chose not to lie under oath and spoke how she was raped knowing the judge might not believe her story. The outcome has yet to be shown.
