Lundy is an FBI Special Agent well known for working particularly high-profile national cases. He is brought to Miami by Matthews to help with the Bay Harbor Butcher case. Having solved several of the FBIs biggest recent cases (DC Sniper, etc.), Lundy is something of a celebrity within the law enforcement community.
