Kelvin Garvanne

Kelvin Garvanne starred as "Ali" in the Spanish language comedy titled "El Rey del Mambo" directed by Carles Mira and starring Jose Luis Lopez Vazquez, Charo Lopez,Magui Mira, and Pedro Diaz Del Corral. Raul Ruiz directed Kelvin in the role of "Javier Maldonado" in cult classic "The Golden Boat" He portrayed " Lt. Joe Shelby" on the ABC-TV daytime drama "One Life to Live" for 12 episodes.
