Frank Otto was born on October 15, 1878 in Boston, Massachusetts, USA as Frank John Otto. He was an actor, known for Born Yesterday (1950), Woman in the Dark (1934) and Idol of the Crowds (1937). He was married to Loretta "Lola" Nolan. He died in June 1963 in Boston.
