The Mississippi native and youngest of twelve children, Joni made her television debut in Hallmark's Jane Doe series and has followed that up with a number of TV, film and commercial roles. She can be seen opposite Oscar nominated actors Viola Davis and Alfre Woodard in ABC's hit show "How To Get Away With Murder" and NBC's "State of Affairs", respectively. In addition, she has a recurring role in Amazon Studio's "Bosch". Notable commercial campaigns include the Fruit of Looms "Flawless" spot. In addition, Joni has recorded two CDs under the indie label, Elmo Records. Prior to transitioning over to the entertainment industry, Joni worked in the Silicon Valley as marketing analyst.
