Johnny Ray Gibbs, American Actor, Producer, Author, and Songwriter, Born on April 14, 1966 in Atlanta, Georgia, USA, to Mavis Kathleen Gibbs (Elder), a retired waitress, and John Wayne Gibbs, an Air Force veteran and salesman. Johnny attended Henry Grady high school in Atlanta and Sequoyah high school in Doraville, Georgia, and briefly attended Pike County high school in Zebulon, Georgia where he played baseball. Johnny quit school during his sophomore year shortly after his father died and moved to Ft. Lauderdale Florida.At the age of 18, Johnny joined a local talent agent in Ft. Lauderdale after being inspired to become an actor while participating as background work in the movies, Spring Break (1983), and Where the Boys are (1984), as well as several local music videos for MTV. His acting career was put on hold when he was involved in a one car accident that nearly cost him his life. He spent months in Intensive care in a drug induced coma and it took him a year to recuperate. The accident left him homeless.In 1989 Johnny moved to Houston,Texas where he finished his education at San Jacinto college.Johnny is known for Sanitatum (2017), Destiny (2018), Paranormal Trackers House of Ages (2018), No Man's Land (2019) Johnny is married to a nurse practitioner and together they have 3 daughters.
