Instead, he earned a diploma in business and is now being groomed to take over the reins at Buffalo, though Mikey jokes that this only means "getting in more trouble, more often" with Joe. Level headed, lovable and calm, Mikey has a relaxed management style and often plays good cop to Joe's bad cop.
