Award-winning screenwriter and children's book author Dev Ross has been writing for adults and children for over thirty years. Awards include: . Action in Children's Television Award for excellence in television writing . Dramalogue Award for Best New Musical Play . Emmy Award for her writing while at Walt Disney Television . Humanitas Award for excellence in screen writing Credits include writing films and television for Disney, ABC, FOX KIDS, Universal Cartoon Studios, The Cartoon Network, TLC, The Discovery Channel, Nickelodeon, Mattel, the Web, and PBS. Dev is also the author of over a dozen children's books for the popular "We Both Read" series. She served two years as a story analyst for film production companies and then became a staff writer at Disney Studios where she also served as a voice director and "story doctor." Before turning to animation, Dev was the Artistic Director of the Emmy Award winning Twelfth Night Repertory Company, a tri-city educational theatre and award winning television troop where she was a writer, director, and performer. Dev taught digital screen writing in South Korean universities on both the Graduate and Undergraduate levels and at the Samsung Corporation in Seoul.
