Mark originally hails from Colorado where they use words like hail. After graduating from the University of Colorado, Boulder he moved to Los Angeles to act and write. His screenplay "Palooka DeVille" won the top honor for the American Film Institute's Ethnic Minority Screenwriting Competition. Mark was selected for the Disney Writers Fellowship were he worked under at two year development deal. He was also selected for the Warner Bros. Writers Workshop. Mark has performed improv and stand up and has had roles in film and television.
