Hugo Ng was born on August 22, 1959 in Singapore as Kwei Ann Goh. He is an actor and director, known for Dabayao shatongan (1997), Si wang jian yu (1994) and You sha cuo mao ai cuo (1999). He has been married to Lily Chung since 1995. They have one child.
