Philip Fracassi is an award-winning author and screenwriter.Feature film credits include "Santa Paws 2: The Santa Pups," distributed by Disney Home Entertainment (2012); "Girl Missing," distributed by Mar Vista Entertainment (2015) for Lifetime Television, which is available On Demand via ITunes and Amazon. He has a feature in development with director Philip Gelatt (They Remain).
