Kathleen Pollard is a Canadian actress living in Toronto. A Vancouver native, she studied with Marc Diamond, Penelope Stella and DD (Don) Kugler at SFU's School for the Contemporary Arts where she honed her acting, writing, directing and dramaturgy skills and received a BFA in Theatre. In Vancouver, Kathleen was a founding member of several indie theatre companies and performed extensively at the VECC (Cultch), Firehall, PAL and Performance Works stages with such companies as Craning Neck, Up In the Air, Theatre Replacement and Genus. Since moving to Toronto in 2012, she has trained with some of the industry's best film coaches and casting agents, and has been steadily booking roles in national/international commercials, theatre, television and film; including the award winning short, Cold (5 TARA nominations and winner of the 2013 President's Award for Excellence at Ryerson).
