Rylan Nilsson is a Canadian actor and voice actor based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.Growing up in a very small town, Rylan began his performing pursuits in grade 4, where he learned he was gifted in the art of imitation; much like his cousin (and hero) Robin Williams. Quick with a voice, or joke, he immediately grew to love performing for his classmates and teachers. In 2010, he scored his first of many on-screen performances (the lead in a locally-produced music video; "Teenage Spaceman") and, in 2019, officially moved to Calgary.He has since found success on various film and television sets; including performances seen on Netflix, Syfy Channel, FX, and Telus Storyhive, as well at various festivals in Calgary, Edmonton, Montreal, and the United States.Always one open to continued learning, Rylan has also worked on many sets behind-camera in different positions as he presses on towards his long-term goal of being a director. Following in the inspiration of Steven Spielberg and the late Alfred Hitchcock.
