Yonel grew up in Orlando, FL and learned to wake board at Orlando Water sports Complex when he was only three years old. He grew up in a very strict Jewish family as the youngest of five playing many different sports but none of them ever took priority over wake boarding. Yonel has already made a name for himself winning US Nationals and Plastic Playground in 2014 as well as becoming first rider to land a 1080 all eight different waysOn July 2016 , Yonel moved to Los Angeles to pursue his dreams of becoming an actor.
