Lashawn Williams

After entering the business as a recording artist, producer and songwriter (collaborating with his mentor, Grammy nominee Eddie Gypsy Stokes), Chicago native Lashawn Williams discovered his true passion was film. He relocated to Los Angeles and has been working steadily as an actor, writer, and producer ever since.In addition to co-writing, co-producing and starring in the feature drama Prescience alongside veteran stars Eric Roberts and Linda Gray, landing a lead role on the feature drama Slamma Jamma. He also has a starring role in the zombie feature comedy What Doesn't Kill Us.Primetime TV audiences have seen Lashawn multiple TV shows like The Rookie on abc and more. Also featured in commercials for ATT, DIRECTV and TGI Fridays and a hand full of others. Lashawn just finished developing and producing his series entitled "Hidden Springs", which just ended shooting in Los Angeles in summer 2019.
