In the past six years John Merolla muscled his way on to the big screen, becoming a principal/stunt actor. In his first year of his acting career he decided he had a passion for the business, Merolla grew up in Brooklyn New York and later moved to Long Island. During his time in Brooklyn he decided to use his experiences and surrounding, later to give life to many of his characters.Some of Merolla's roles on the big screen Compliance, Man on a Ledge, Revenge of the green dragons, Pain, Snitches, Vampire bikers, Mobster Confessions, Married to a Mobster, , Dark Knight rises, Take it Back, also known for The Bensonhurst Spelling Bee and Boardwalk Empire where he played Mickey Doley's body guard for four season's, Now Merolla is the producer and director of the longest running diner theater show Murdered by the Mob where he also stars as Johnny Scudato the new mob boss.
