Makenzie was born in Clovis, Ca and grew up in Oakhurst, Ca, acting in plays and on screen. She is a natural performer who takes direction extremely well. She strives to deliver the best performance possible and maintains a relaxed and upbeat attitude on set. Makenzie is also a filmmaker, winning an award for her first film "Let Me In" 5 years ago. She is also a competitive dancer and the winner of multiple awards. She practices martial arts and was given special recognition in the Elite Blackbelt Hall of Fame.
