Corey Scott Rutledge

Raised in southeast Michigan, graduated with a Computer Graphics degree before enrolling in the New York Film Academy; two year acting for film.Upon graduating from NYFA, began his professional acting and writing career with his collaboration with bigapplefilms entry in the New York City 48 Hour Film Festival in which he portrayed the young Nazi officer Jonas Schultz in what would eventually be the winning picture in the festival.In early 2010, created "The Shorts Show". A short form sketch comedy show still shooting in NYC.Recently wrapped first feature "Terminal Legacy" directed by Brian Kazmarck, releasing in 2012.Aside from writing and acting, has found passion in directing his own work as well as designing dozens of other's key art and movie posters.In 2012, will be launching "Short Show Productions" based in Brooklyn New York. A small independent production company that will channel all Short Show work as well as music videos and other TBD Short films and features.Works often with Dashford Media and bigapplefilms.
