Matthew Chase

Matthew Chase is an american film and theater actor. Born in Mesa, Arizona and raised in Modesto, California, to a Stephen and Peggy, Matthew is the youngest of two brothers. With a background in music and a family of musicians, Matthew has evolved his passion for the art of acting seamlessly through his musical endeavors. Performing in several local bands in the San Francisco area, Matthew, found a niche with other artists when it came to the creative process of birthing a song. He began to study music in the style of his favorite artists growing up, earning him a solid playing hand in the blues/jazz genre of music. Being seasoned in guitar playing Matthew began to study his vocal abilities, and with this came another avenue of expression when it came to the songwriting process. Matthew began to understudy several major music producers, learning about the multiple levels of instrumentation that go into a song. After years of performing and working in music studios, Matthew found his love for acting sparked once again. Matthew currently lives in the Los Angeles area in his estate with his four dogs, two turtles, fish, sharks and the rest of the zoo. He volunteers at several animal shelters, and rescues dogs on his off-time. Show less «
